Organization:
- Same area size

Instructions:
- The aim is for one team to maintain possession and switch between their zones for a point.
- If blue wins the ball back they must do the same.
Coaching Points:
- Speed of play in order to create defensive gaps.
- Weight of pass to penertrate
- Width of possession team
- Team that is receving is moving to find poclets to get the ball.
Progressions/Regressions:
- A defender is allowed to go in and pressure the ball.

Organization:
- Same area size
- 2 goals added each end.
Instructions:
- The game is now directional with a 4vs1 in the middle 3rd and a 3vs1 in the attacking 3rd
- The coach plays the ball in (Red) with the reds looking to play into the attacking third where they can score.
- When they receieve the ball in the attacking third they must combine before they can score.
- A blue player is able to go into the middle zone to attept to win the ball
Coaching Points:
- Quick ball movement
- Look to play forward as soon as possible.
Progressions/Regressions:
- Zones are taken out dividing the field in half

Organization:
- Field split in half 4vs4 in each half.
- 2 goals with GKs
Instructions:
- To begin with players are restricted to their areas and look to play forward into the zone.
- The aim is to players to keep their shape when out of possession and to play with width and speed when in possession.
Coaching Points:
- Movement to receieve between defenders.
- Look to break the zone with forward passes
Progressions/Regressions:
- Players can break the zone with a dribble.
- If the ball is passed through the zones 2 players can go in to support to make a 6vs4

Organization:
- 16 players, 4 in each zone
- 48x22 (will adapt based on understanding)
- Area divided into 4 zones
- one ball per team
Instructions:
- Red play with reds and blues with blues
- Teams are lookinf to play through to the other zone for a point
- If the ball goes out or hits a defender 0 points are awarded.
Coaching Points:
- What shape do the fours play in? Do they play with width?
- Look to penertrate with forward passes through spaces between other teams
- Check before receving to help with decision making.
Progressions/Regressions:
- Add another ball in and take out to regress.
