Essence:
- The same focus but now with a passive defender (coach) involved.
Structure:
- Set up is the same however, we get the players used to dealing with a little bit of pressure.
- A after passing to C makes the same run out-wide but then cuts in to receive the ball from C.
Technical Points:
- This cut inwards if a defender is following them will eliminate them outright due to momentum.
- Its important the coach follows A to get this idea into practice (visual learning)

Essence:
- Build up on the pass outside and inwards and apply it in an active 1v1 situation.
Structure:
- Start up is the same, however, the defender has to touch the yellow strips before they can be active.
- C has 2 options; if there is time and space then the ball to the outside is preferred. However, if the defender is too close then give the pass inwards.
- It is B's decision to pass the ball to the inside. If the attacker runs before the pass then the defender will see that and follow the player.
Technical Points:
- It is important that the pass is given with love (follow the heartbeat analogy) the attacker must turn with intensity to receive it.
- Important that the timing of the pass from B aids in the receive and run from A.

Step 1 getting used to rhythm
Essence:
- Work on passing on passing of the right foot.
Structure:
- A posts up and receives it from B. They time their run so that they pass of the right foot to the run of C.
- A continues their arching run and receives it on their right foot in their frontal right zone from C. They then go in and take a shot.
Technical Points:
- Make sure that they take their time to time the footwork so that they can pass of the right foot.
- Rhythm is important, use the heartbeat as an example of the foot rhythm necessary.
- Its important we push the ball out into the frontal right zone, this gives us full frontal vision to find a pass.
Rotation
- The first passer doesn't move, the person who dribbles into a pass becomes the striker.
