Organisation Two teams start in a 20m x 25m area (split into two halves with two 20m x 5m exclusion zones) with 4v2 overload to the attackers in their defensive half. The team objective is to create a goal scoring opportunity by shooting from long range. Play will start with the coach serving the ball into the outnumbered 2 in one of the halves. The possession team will attempt to pass the ball to their team in their defensive half which is their shooting zone at the earliest opportunity. Once the ball is in the shooting zone, the possession team work the 4v2 to create a shooting opportunity. The players in the opposite scoring zone can block the long range shot but can not stand in the exclusion zone. There is no goal keeper to start. If the defending team win the ball in the attacking half, they must pass into their defensive half as quickly as possible to start scoring sequence. If the ball goes out the coach will serve a new ball in.

4 groups of 3 players start in a 20m x 25m area with two teams of three starting in each half set up as above in the diagram. Each shooting player from each group will start with a ball. The shooting player will play a bounce pass with the player in front of them and shoot taking two touches at the empty goal aiming for the corners. Players will rotate after shot has been made. Bounce players will alternate the side which the ball is bounced to for the shooting partner each time (right then left) After a few rounds the groups of three swap sides so they practice shooting from both sides of the field.
