Ball starts in the Attacking teams hands(Red on left side)
Throw into teammate, Lay ball off, open up to receive second pass, Go 1v1.
Blue Stay in Red's back, force them to go negative, if you can win the ball out of the air win it.
variation -
Throw the ball higher and force blue to head the ball back to red, then defend 1v1.

Red with the ball starts with the ball in their hands.
Move the ball left and right, the far side Red players are to shift with the ball - covering space and closing gaps through them as a back line would in game.
Once ready, a red with the ball throws the ball over the blue line to the far red line. The receiving Red team has 1 touch to play the ball back over to the Red team (ground or air). Preferably before the ball bounces or off of the first bounce.
Blue should be facing the red team that will be receiving the flighted ball, their job is to close gaps and not get split on the second pass(picking up second balls).
2 minutes then rotate the groups so all three groups do all three jobs.

Blue is going to the big goal.
Red should be Blocking passing lanes and shifting together.
Once the ball has been won, Red can score on any of the 3 counter goals.
Adjust numbers as needed, if too easy for blue make numbers even.
