Organization:
-12x24 yard channel.
-4 players per channel set up as above.
-2 soccer balls
-Rotate A-B-C-D-A.
Instructions:
-B checks away and back wide to recive ("feet").
-A plays a firm pass to front foot. B plays return pass in to space then spins outside defender to make through run.
-A plays inside curling pass infornt of B.
-B turns at the end and plays 1v1 with defender.
-Defenders job in the semi opposed portion is to shadow B tight until the return pass to A. Then run at the ball but allow A to curl the pass behind.
-Alternate drections to work both feet.
Coaching Points:
-Quality movement before recieving (one move for defender, one for ball).
-Firm inside foot double passes between A and B.
-Curl the pass by stirking the ball outside of center with inside/second knuckle of left foot (inside curl).
Progressions:
-Outside Curl.
-Defender is live on B's movement. (Dribble across opposite line to score.)

-Rotation: A-B-C-D-A.
Instructions:
-B checks away and back.
-A plays a double pass with B.
-After return pass, B runs up the line.
-A recieves pass with first touch and plays an inside curled pass in the path of B with second touch who then dribbles to the end.
-C and D repeat the process once B crosses the line.
Coaching Points:
-Quality movement before recieving (one move for defender, one for ball).
-Firm passes as A is checking back.
-First touch forward with back foot to prepare for next pass.
-Curl the pass by stirking the ball outside of center with inside/second knuckle of left foot (inside curl).
Progressions:
-Work both feet.
-Outside curl.
