Player 1 passes into 2 who then drives inside while player 1 overlaps and recieves ball and passes to 3. Player 3 performs a give and go with player 4 and then passes to player 5
Players move onto the next cone they were previously at.

Teams have to keep the ball away from the opposition and can use the outside targets to do so. Switch roles every round.

Attack vs Defense
Ball initially starts with the GK in a goal kick. Attacking team have to either pass into central goals or dribble through wide gates.
-Ball will be played from a variety of places

- HM's being expansive and providing good angles to switch
- WM's providing width and depth initially
- HM's showing when CB's have the ball
