Session Set-up - 1/2 of an 9v9 field. 1 large goal with a keeper and 2 pug nets.
Instructions Ball starts with the coach/player to the attacking team in a 1-4-2. Defending team in a 1-3-1-2. Attacking team is trying to create space for 1v1's or 2v1's to score and break the compact defence. Defenders are tying to prevent a goal and score on either pug net.
Progressions - Awareness of body shape and recognition of what spaces they can play into. Don't force the attack. Decisions on when to keep the ball moving and when to play between the lines.
