Organization:20X10 grid
A tall cone in each corner
Instructions:Attacking team must dribble in attemping to beat the defender and stop the ball near one of the cones on the opposite side.
Ball must be stopped 3 yards or closer for it to count.
As soon as the ball is out or point is scored, next group plays right away for quick transition.
Coaching Points:Keeping head up & close control of the ball.
Attempting to put defender off balance to get to the objective easier.
Progressions:Free play
add time limit to get to the objective

Organization:25x20 grid w/ 5x5 grid in middle.
Two teams (1xattacking & 1xdefending)
Instructions:Attacking team dribblings toward middle box.
Defending team cant enter until attack has entered the box.
Attacking player is looking to beat on coming close pressure to get over defenders end zone/line
Coaching Points:Head up
Slow on apporach then explode into space giving by on coming defender.
Progressions: Move inner grid closer to attackers end.
Defenders can transition into attackers if they win the ball, getting double points if they score

Organization:35x20 area
a goal on each end
two sets of cone objectives on each end
Instructions:Game like play.
Players are allowed to either score or dribble through the areas in the corners
1 point for goal or 2 points for dribbling through cones
Coaching Points: All dribbling coaching points but mainly letting them play to express what they have learnt.

Tech warm up (15 mins)
Organization: 30x30 grid with 5x5 grid in the middle
Instructions:Split group into two teams.
One team on the outside with a ball, other team in the middle doing the work.
Switching every 2-3 mins to keep players moving
Each time the player completes a set of tech work they must run into middle grid before moving to next target
Coaching Points: The right technique for each set that they do.
Making sure that they run into grid each time
Progressions:1. Left foot & right foot pass on floor
2. Left foot & right foot side foot volley
3. Left foot & right foot laces volley
4. Left thigh & right thigh then side foot volley
5. Chest and volley
