3v3 + 1
Explanation
- One team starts in possession and are trying to move the ball to the neutral player on the other side of the grid
- They must pass the ball a minimum of 3 times in their sqaure before transferring to the neutral player on the other side to complete a score
- Once the other team wins the ball back they then have to try and switch the ball across to the other side
- Everytime the ball is switched it is one point for the team posession
Team Task
When in possession can we create a +1 in our build up to move the ball to the other sqaure
Player Task's/Cue's
Can you create width and depth inside the sqaure to help stretch the area we have to play in
When we are in possession can you scan and possession yourself on different vertical and horizontal lines to create width and depth
Can you adjust your line of pass to the ball everytime the ball moves
As the ball moves can you postion yourself in a free line of pass or move to create a free line of pass for a team mate
Can you ether show to the ball or stay away when we are building up posession
If a teammate close to you is underpressure can you show , if not can you move away and possession yourself in a line to help us switch the ball.
Can we maintain posession to attract the oppostion to the ball and free the deepest player
As the oppostion is being drawn over can you continue to move the ball at speed to ether play forward or draw the oppostion and then switch
As the oppostion is being drawn over and you are the furthest player from the ball can you possession yourself in a line of pass and in a position that will help us switch.
