Organization: 1 Blue gate (3 yards in length) a green and red cone set next to the 18 yard box. All activity takes place inside the attacking 3rd.
Instructions: Blue passes the ball through to white, after white takes their first touch blue can then close down the open space and defend the goal. White must try to score in the goal, however if white dribbles through the gate before trying to score they can also earn a point (2 total points possible)

Organization: Same as previous, only now we add 2 forwards, and 1 defender in the middle.
Instructions: Same as previous, only now we add 2 forwards, and 1 defender in the middle. Now the wing has the option to score, or find a teammate whos run is penetrating the 18 yard box.
Coaching Points: Movement from the forwards, attacking the endline, 1 touch finishing

Organization: (2) 10 yard gates on each side of the field marked in yellow. 1 zone marked in red, the same width of the 18 yard box. 2 teams sent out with a team shape
Instructions: Blue must win the ball and play to a teammate running through the yellow gate for a point. White must score in the big goal, If the white team scores with the run of play coming through one of the two outside channels the goal counts as 2 points. Players must use the 1 touch recommended/2 touch max rule in the middle zone, unlimmited touches on the outside.
Coaching Points: Attacking principles, Attacking the endline, Allowing the 1v1/supporting position = good defensive starting position.

Footwork training
Organization: 3 sections set up, 5 yards between green cone and ladder, 10 yards between ladder and red cone
Instructions: Players must start on the green cone, go through the ladders using footwork as described by the coach, sprint to the green cone, and do calisthenics back to the green cone where they then begin strength training as described by the coach before getting back into line and going again.
Coaching Points: Running technique, quick footwork, improving sprint speed.
