How to Play
The practice starts from a wide free-kick and Team A must defend the ball into the box. If the GK can claim the ball, the full-backs should sprint forward and wide whilst watching for the ball.Centre-backs should split towards the corners of the 18 yard box.One of the central midfield players should move towards the halfway line whilst the other shows for the ball.The central midfield players should be prepared to rotate positions in order to get free and play out from the back.
Try to score in any of the mini-goals within six seconds.
Normal football rules apply.
Progressions
Use different restarts to develop the mentality to transition immediately on winning the ball, including free kicks.

How to Play
The practice starts from a central free-kick and Team A must defend the ball into the box.
The GK should ensure that the defensive wall stays outside the 18 yard box.
The GK should try to claim high balls between his goal and the penalty spot.
The defensive line should hold their position until the kicker is about to strike the ball, then drop slightly deeper towards the penalty spot.Midfield players should drop to provide a screen once they see that the ball is being played into the box.As the ball is played towards the LCB he drops initially, then comes forward to challenge for the ball.The CM's should face the ball and try to recover second balls.Player movements if Team A recover the ball as previous.If the GK can claim the ball, the full-backs should sprint forward and wide whilst watching for the ball.Centre-backs should split towards the corners of the 18 yard box.One of the central midfield players should move towards the halfway line whilst the other shows for the ball.The central midfield players should be prepared to rotate positions in order to get free and play out from the back.Press any loose balls aggressively to deny Team B any easy possession.
Try to score in any of the mini-goals within six seconds.

Good team discipline to hold the line.
Good communication.Make sure that someone is covering behind the defender who is challenging in the air.

How to Play

If they win the ball they must score in any of the mini-goals within six seconds.
