DRILL DESCRIPTION
Start with him inside the FB(full backs), at your eye contact he should create a separation from the defender, and be on position to receive to turn, as he receives it, eh will perform a move to turn and shoot. His moves has to be creative, Cruyff, Maradona, Outside foot foot and turn

AGILITY PHASE 1 (COGNITIVE DRILL) - 45 secs. per set.
ORGANIZATION
1 agility ladder
Soccer balls
Cones, or poles
DRILLS DESCRIPTION
Austin will start with his NON-DOMINANT foot inside the ladder, and the dominant foot outside.
He will initiate the drill by stepping fast at each step of the ladder using only the NON-DOMINANT FOOT inside the ladder. As soon he finished his steps, he will shuffle ( 3 feet) and back pedal to initiate it again. He will repeat this activity, 4 times at each foot.
PROGRESSION TO A SITUATIVE DRILL PHASE 2
Now he will perform the agility with 2 steps in and one step out, As soon he finished the last step, he will shuffle to the opposite side from where he ended and receive the ball with that foot, shuffle across and receive with the opposite foot.
Repeat 5 x at each foot
SITUATIVE DRILL PHASE 3 - 45 secs. per set
Now you will set up a mini goal 5 yards from the pole.
He will perform his slalom run and at the end he will pass the ball into to the goal, L/R foot, 45 secs on each foot.
PROGRESSION
Coach will pass the ball to Him, and He will pass the ball back to the coach.
