Set Up
24 x 40 yard field. Goal at each end (medium goals one with mini goals in corners)
Rules and Conditions
3 teams (6 a side). GK in one goal (without mini goals). Players play max 4 minute games. Players can score goals as normal. When team scores, winner stays on. The winning team must then get the ball and attack the opposite end. Defending team to get on the field quickly to stop a quick attack.

Set Up
two areas 24 x 20 yard. Mini goals at each end. Cones in triangles spread around the area.
Rules and Conditions
Play with an overload in the favour of the attacking team (5v4 or 6v3). The team with the majority are to keep possession on thge ball. They score points by playing a wall passes. If they can play a wall pass through a triangle (must go in one side and out of another) they get one point. If they can play a wall pass around a defender thet get 3 points. Team with less players to try and win ball and score in either goal.
