Area size is 36m long (3 x 12m) x 12m wide
Playing numbers are 10 v 6 beginning with 4 v 2 in each end and 2 v 2 in the centre.

The Aam is to move the ball from 1 end to the other creating 4 v 2 overload in each grid as the ball moves. 1 player from each end can move into the central grid when the ball is in there to create a 4 v 2.
If a defender wins the ball they can make 1 pass or dibble over any line to score.

Set up as shown in the diagram with three zones approx 8m long x 16m wide.
Reds play 1-2-1-2 Blues play 1-3-2-3
Play 4 x 3 minute games with a 1 minute break. Rotate the 4 red defending players during each break.
The Blue team must combine and transfer the ball to the attackers in each end zone.This could be through the central players or not.
The Red players must stay in their box, working side to side trying to stop a forward pass.

Progressions
1. Player 1 passes to player 2 who sets back to player 1 who passes into player 3
2. Player 2 turns and plays a 1-2 with player 3
3. When the ball is played out from player 4 to player 1, player 1 passes back to player 4 who plays around the corner to player 2 who sets for player 1 to pass down the line to player 3.
4. Add 2 more players to the centre area inside the manequins. When the ball is played in the 2 central players play a combination and then pass out.
