Set up: In an area of 40 by 30 yards, with a flat cone in the center of the grid establishing 2 areas. Have 2 teams of 6 players in different color pennie shirts and ballsActivity: Play a possession game with each player with no more than 2 touches. Once a team in possession completes 5 connection passes, they can score in the mini goals for 2 points. If the 2 defensive players win possession they can score in the mini goal for 1 point or pass to their side of the grid, in that moment 2 player of the opponent team must go to the other area to try to win possession. The play restart from the coach passing to the other side of the grid
Coaching points: Passing accurately. Communication verbal and non verbal. Pass early to avoid pressure.

Set up: In an area of 40 by 30 yards marked with cones have flat cones making 4 zones. Have 2 teams in different color penny shirts. Distribute the players evenly in each zone, with a minimum of 3 players
Activity: The play starts with a player of one of the team trying to pass to the same team in a different zone, with players are limited to 2 touches max. Every time this happens without interception, it is a point. Players will have to be patient to find the right space between the opponents to pass the ball. Keep score to make it competitive
