ORGANIZATION:
4 Lines of 4 players per line. Rows of 4 cones per line (16 cones), 2 feet apart.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Players will begin the warm up by going through a series of instructions through the cones (wrap arounds, quick feet, slalom, lunge, side shuffle, jockey, jog backwards,sprints etc.)

ORGANIZATION
12x10 yrd grid (adjust for numbers / sizing). Two teams. 4 players wearing Black and 2 players wearing White, and add a target player in the middle wearing red bib. 1 Ball for play, with several on outside to resume play when ball goes astray. 4 players outside of grid. Add two target goals in opposite corners with cones
INSTRUCTIONS:
Black team players will begin by playing the ball into supporting black player. Black team will now play 4v2 against white team, to try to maintain possession. Have black teams objective be to play a ball into the red target player to achieve a point. Defenders win ball, they play 2v1 against red bid player to try and score a goal in one of either target goals in the opposite corners. Switch defenders and central target player, periodically.

ORGANIZATION:
50 x 60yd (Halfway Line) Playing Area. Elimiate a portion of the flanks as per the shaded area accroding to diagram, for non-use during the activity, so that you are using the middle of one half of a full sized pitch. Set up two teams to play 7v7. Include Goalkeepers. Use different formations for each team. White Team will play in a - 1-2-3-1 formation, and Black will play in a 1-3-2-1 formation. Black team GK will wear green bib and white team GK will wear a red bib. Place extra balls on outside of grid for easy access.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Encourage goalkeeper to play ball to the full back in Zone 3, where he will play strikers feet in Zone 4, first if possible, where ST can do quick combination play with CM to make a chance at at a shot on goal. FB in Zone 3 has the options of - 1 - being best option - to striker in Zone 4, 2nd option can be to the LM in Zone 3, or a 3rd option is CM who can be in Zone 3 or 4, and the 4th option is a pass back to the GK to possibly play it to the other side to re-start the sequence. No Offisdes. Balls out of bounds is played back in with a pass. Balls that go out of bounds at endlines will be played in by GK with feet via goal kick. Teams play to score as many goals as possible in the alloted time
COACHING POINTS:
Width and Depth form RM / LM, FB and ST, as soon as we gain possession.
Passing - part of foot, pace / weight of pass, see the target and see the ball
Receiving - Body behing the ball, 1st touch decision, attack the ball
Angle and Distance of suppporting players closest to ball and away from the ball
Speed of Play- , 1st touch decision - see the picture in front of you early - scan
Movement off the ball - as / when the ball travels - create space for passing lanes & become an option
Penetration vs Possession - have patience, decide weather to penetrate into Zone 4 if its there, or keep possession in Zone 3 / 4
Body Positon - Open hips, eyes on ball and able to see the field of play
Read your teammates eyes, body mechanics and plant foot – cues

ORGANIZATION:
60x40yrd playing area, using half of a full sized field. Mark off one flank with cones, disk markers - for non-use during the activity as shown in the shaded area of the diagram. One large sized goal at one end and 2 gates with cones at the halfway line in both corners of the other end, gates are 2yrd wide. Set up 2 teams, one team wearing black bibs of 8 players, playing a 3-2-2-1, attacking the large net. The other team will wear white bibs, have 5 or 6 players and a gk in a white bib that will play 1-3-1-2 that will be attacking the 2 small gates at the halfway line. Extra ball to be placed out side area for easy access.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Regular scoring but scoring from a cross worth double. Defending team counter attacks to mini goals.
Play 8v6 in middle area. When in possesion, encourage black team to play ball to LM in the wide flank / channel and encourage LM to play it back into middle to CM for attampt on goal in Zone 3, or dribble to cross ball into penalty area to a ST in Zone 4. No offsides. to start. On restarts, when ball goes out of play, it is played back in by a white player to the black FB, with their feet. At this point have FBs work the ball out to LM from Zone 3, or play it to CM in Zone 3, or ST in Zone 4.
PROGRESSION:
Play with OFFSIDES for the black team.
COACHING POINTS:
Quick combination play in the middle between LM, CM and ST, - 2 touch passing, away from pressure
Timing and angle of runs into the wide area by LM and FB
Quality cross in Zone 4 innto the box for ST and passes in Zone 3 into CM
Read your teammates eyes, body mechanics and plant foot - look for cues

INSTRUCTIONS:
Try to score more goals than the opposing team in the alotted game time.
Any ball out of play restarts with a kick in. No Offsides.
Balls out of play at the end lines, will restart will the GK playing it in.
COACHING POINTS:
Freeplay. Encourage teams to keep shape and consolidate the coaching points from throughout the session.

ORGANIZATION:
Players set up in pairs, 20 yrds apart from eachother, with a space of 3 yrds between pairs
INSTRUCTIONS:
Players will begin the cooldown by jogging 10 yrds toward their partner, and go through a series of instructions (light jog, skip, walk, open gate, close gate, bushwackers, clap, high five, low five, kick legs out, lunge, side shuffle, jockey, jog backwards, etc.). Allow for 3 to 5 min before moving into static cooldown stretches.
