Aerobic Dribbling Circuit (25 mins)

Method:

Zig Zag run around cones for 15m and straight line run back.

Zig Zag dribble around cones for 15m and straight line dribble back.

Dribble in and out of scattered cones and around the top cone 15m.

Pass to a coach and take on mannequins or poles and perform a skill at each to finish.

Jog back to the start and repeat.

Repeat this drill from the opposite side.

Coaching Points:

4 x 4 mins work with 2-3 mins rest to develop aerobic conditioning which would translate to endurance throughout a 90 minute football match and work on the players engine and their ability to sustain a higher intensity for longer periods.
