Organization:
3 teams of 3 players each
Team in the middle defends
Instructions:
Each team must stay in channel and try to penetrate with a pass through to the other team. Then the yellow team win the ball, they can pass it into one of the three small goals or try knock off a cone from the other end-line.
Progressions:
The Ball will always start with the three red team and they are trying to get the ball to the other two red players attempting to score. The two strikers have one touch and they can shoot or lay it off for the other player.
Coaching Points:
1.Open body position
2. Accurate and firm passes
2. Looking to penetrate 1st and possess if not
4. Move the ball to create passing lanes

CM - Central midfielder
RW -Right-winger
Instructions:
Players will setup as seen above and have two sides going to cross from the left and right.
The RB could be another CM too. Just a brief idea of where you would be and who will make the run based on your team and formation.
Coaching Points:
1.Open body position
2. Accurate and firm passes
3. Move to receive the ball to on an angle
Progressions:
Specific target area: Front post, middle, Back post, and penalty spot
Type of cross: low and hard, floating ball in the box, whipped in ball, *keep it away from the keeper*
Type of finish: 1st time, volley, header, chip, dummy run

Instructions:
1. Players will dribble through the gates going in across to the corresponding colour of cones and dribble through the gate, around the back cone and through the gate again to return home.
Competition Time: How many times can your team dribble there and back in 90 seconds?
Competition Time: Each player must go three times and the first team to finish wins.
*Be sure that players are using both feet with each exercise*
Coaching Points
-close control (going through the gate)
-change of direction and speed (coming out of the turn and at the beginning)
-Short vs long touches (when to RWB and when to Dribble)
