3v1 Rondo

3v1 rondo. players should create a triangle. A player should never be directly across from the player with the ball. They should shift around the outside of the square to make sure there are always two options off the ball.I f a defender wins it they switch with attacker, new defender comes in. If attacking team makes 5 passes in a row new defender enters

2 players outside the zone as targets. Ball can not be passed sideways or straight forward must go into a zone that is diagonal from the ball player. Players must move diagnol to ball player to go and receive and progress ball.

5v1 rondo

2 groups set up in a 5v1 rondo.

4 players on the outside 1 in the middle

to score the player inside must receive and play out, defender can score by winning the ball and dribbling out of a gate.

The team must have a player in the middle but that player can change at any time so players can drop out and enter to find/create space. Players outside of them want to keep the diamond shape and move aroud the outside of the area.

On coaches signal the defender sprints back to their group and a new defender enters
