Players are to split across the ladders
The Practice
Players are to focus on their physical development by moving through the ladders in a variety of ways (sigle taps, double taps, bunny hops, zig zags).

Organisation
An asymetric diamond.... 2 traffic cones horrizontal by 10 yards, a starting cone & a server cone.
1 football on each station with spares placed in a nest in the middle.
2 players per station, paired into the most appropriate groups.
1 coach may need to pair with a player based on numbers.
The Practice
The 'GK' is to start on the red cone placed behind the line. On the servers command the GK should move forwards onto the line to recive a volly from the server (who is positioned on white cone). Server Should NOT sever until the GK is in set position.

Progression
For keepers at a higher level ability they should move to toch one of the traffic cones first, then shuffle across in line. This adds more dynamic movements etc.

Organisation
1 Goal is to be split into 2 (6 players), however the other goal wont need this (3 Players).
3 groups of 3 .... 1 to be goalkeeper & 2 servers.
Servers are to have ball in hand & be place 'square & diagonal' as seen in the diagram. Range of abiliy but distance should be between 10 & 15 yards.
Spare footballs to be placed in nest by practice.
The Practice
The first server is to play the ball into GK's hands at a mixed hieght & should vary this each time, if they catch the ball they play in back if not server must get ball from nest.
The GK must then shuffle across to the next server (ensuring they get in line with the ball). They must then shuffle back to start (making sure they practice shuffle each way)
Each Keeper works for 5 minutes the rotates.

Organisation
12 GK's to be split into 2 teams (6 in each)
Square of 5 x 25 to be set up with 2x2 boxes in each corner, opposite corners matching colour as shown in diagram.
1 ball, any team to start.

Explanation
Teams score a point by transfering the ball from one corner to the other (same colour).
Once a player has the ball in hands they cant move (similar to netball) the ball can only be intercepted (no tackling)
A variety of distribution techniques should be encouraged.
