Shapes (3-3, 4-2 , etc)
-one player comes to recieve ball from GK.
-make it take it (score get ball back)
(+) take out flags add back unit (numbers)
Points:
Movement off ball.
Look for P1 passes.
-Break lines as fast as possible.
-If not "on" then KEEP BALL. (P3 passes)
- Movement to play forward. (patterns)
Timing of movement, create seperation at the right moment
-Body shape when showing for and receiving the ball
-Accuracy & detail of pass, reading teammates movement, playing to correct foot, weight

Warm Up:
A. (Rondos) - 5v2/4v2/3v2 in multiple groups
-types of passes (P1,P2, P3)
B. Passing movements:
Balls go from one side to other. (Red to Red)
1) (Red line)- wide player runs in and goes behind
2) (green line) - wide player brings def. in/ "Spin out" behind
+ wide player drops/3rd man run behind (blue lines)
3) (Red Line)- wide player starts from inside, opening up to receive ball
Coaching Points:
-Breaking lines
-Timing of runs
P1 Pass- split two defenders with fwd pass that breaks line
P2 Pass- beats line of defender (outside) and first touch breaks line (#3)
P3 Pass-possession passes, dont break any lines
P0 pass- ball over the top to break lines
-Timing of movement, create seperation at the right moment
