Set Up:
Build a circle (20 meters in diameter) with goals of cones with 2 colours freely in space
Game:
- At the sign of the coach, the children dribble for 30 seconds and try to dribble through as many goals as possible.
- After a red goal, players may only dribble through a yellow goal.
- Which player scores the most goals?

Island hopping (ball carrying)
Mark out an area of 20x20,10x10 or 15x15.
Place four square within the marked out area for players
Players(2) volunteer to be pirate and rest of players are runners.
Other players find a square and a ball (more than one player per square is allowed).
On coaches whistle players dribble from island to island while pirates tackle / "tag" runners.
Once players are tagged and ball is pushed outside playing area tagged player becomes a pirate.
Game continues until all players have been tagged.
Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
Coaches can adapt field to players skills and number of players.
Coaches may ask players to do V-drags,yard-sticks, Arcs or 3D skills on their way to island.
Coaches may set out more islands .
Coaches may colour-coordinate islands and ask that players go to a specific.
Please encourage movement.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
Carry the ball on your stick for as long as you can.
Dribble as fast as you can.
Execute skills.
Coaching points:
Eyes up
Look at colours.
Vary skills.
Low body position.
Ball carrying position with left elbow pointing in direction that players are dribbling.

1. Stage
- 2 Players quarter apart hard, forehand to forehand push passes
-> Hands grip far apart, ball on height of left food, swing back to front with full body rotation, left shoulder points towards team mate
2. Stage
- 4 players play one ball first clockwise then counterclockwise around the cones
-> 2 touch, receive ball with open body position outside of cone, first touch into direction of next pass.
3. Stage
- 4 players play two balls first clockwise then counterclockwise around the cones
-> pre-scan before receiving to make sure next pass is on, adjust accordingly
