Activity #2Breakaway 1v1
Area: 15 x 25 yard box with one big goal, small pog goals and cones
Duration: 20 minutes
1 v 1 to big goal and two small goals
Keys when attacking two small goals
Make the defender commit to one goal, change direction with a burst of speed andattack the 2nd goal.
Shoot early and hit the target
Keys when attacking the large goal
Where is the keeper? Too close to the goal? Too far away?
Is the keeper coming off the line too fast? If so, beat him/her on the dribble.
Shoot low or lift over the goal keeper shoulder.
Remember to change directions for the field players

Activity #3 Communications Game
Area: 15 x 25 yard box with 4 small pog goals and cones
Duration: 20 minutes
Play a 4 or 6 goal game in space available
Field players should bea 4 v4 to 6 v6.
The keepersstand behind the two (or three goals)
The challenge is to organize using good communication words or pharses.
The coach should correct communicatiob problems

Activity #4 Distribution Game
Area: 15 x 25 yard box with 2 small pog goals, I big goal and cones
Duration: 30 minutes
5 v5 game to one big goal and two small goals as shown
One goalkeeper in the goal an one goal in the nidfield
all attacks to the small goals must go through this keeper
This will help with leadership andcommunication.
The golakeepers should try to score with their distribution; not play back or square
Are they giving a good ball that can be handled and played easily?
Are they giving a ball that will lead directly to a shot on goal
Are they aware of the weak side?
Are they demonstrating leadership?
end with a game without restrictions and no midfield keeper
Remember coach the goalkeepers not the field players
