  • Passing & Dynamic Stretching (5 Mins)

    Outside player passes ball to middle players

    Middle players shift, receive on back foot play left.

    Player left receives and passes square down line.

    Players all follow passes.

    2 balls playing simultaneously. 

    Variations

    Players receive and play onto right side.

    Play 1-2 touch / 1 touch.

    3v3 in the middle with 2 players each side in corners.

    Players attempt to play from one side to the other.

    Variations (2 Mins each)

    Player on outside swaps every successful switch

    Player on outside swaps every pass

    Play 1 or 1/2 touch (add a joker for team in possession)

    Rotational movement in middle.

    Receive with good body shape on back foot & half turn to play forward.

Players circulate ball around until play into shape (2-3 or 3-2) then pass the ball to coach.

Players stay in 2-3 or 3-2 to transition to defence and press colour cone called by coach

Players then drop back in 4-2 shape Coach servers ball in air 1 attacks rest drop behind ball.

Once ball headed clear coach calls colours of cones team have to adopt shape to press.

Coach has balls and releases to a player to start attack.

1. Pass to winger = Ball-side 10 hits half space, 9 shows to feet opposite winger and 10 threaten behind. 
Winger has chose to pass to half space, link with 10 and continue moving inside or diagonal cross to opposite winger / 10

2. Pass to 9 = turn and shoot or drop ball to a 10 then wingers invert and opposite 10 runs behind 9

3. Ball to 10 = wingers invert EVERYTIME
