How to Play
- Reds begin with the ball at their #5 and #6 who can be pressured by the opposition front man (blue)
- Reds play to score
- When blues win the ball the game becomes 'open' and free play is allowed (no restrictions), on reds winning the ball both the #5 and #6 and blue #9 must drop in to the red area
- Blues score to the large counter goal

How to Play
- Reds attack one way, blues the other
- Teams start in the middle zone. After making 3 passes they can play forwards to a player running into the next zone (offside line is in play)
- The game is now being played in the next zone
- If the opposition win the ball they must reach the pass limit to then move back in the other direction
- Both teams compete to get to their respective end zone (shaded area) and complete the specified number of passes before finishing with a shot on goal
- Play to a score or time limit
