  • Passing & Dynamic Stretching (5 Mins)

    Follow sequence of passes.
    Players stretch between passes.

    Variations

    Play 1 touch.

    Player 1 starts with a diagonal pass to player 2.
    Player 2 sets for player 3.
    Player 3 plays diagonal to player 4 who restarts same sequence on opposite side.

    3v3 in the middle of hexagon.
    3 Players each side between cones.

    Players attempt to play from one teammate to another.

    Swap players on outside after every pass.
