Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
- One of the players in red will quickly dribble to the goal across from them and pass the ball into the goal.
- Once they pass the ball into the goal, they will begin chasing after one of the players in blue who is trying to dribble to the goal in front of them.
- Once the player in blue passes the ball into the goal, they will begin their chase after another person in Red.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
- The challenge is to get to the other end of the zone without the defender catching up and taking the ball.
- As soon as the player from the opposite zone makes their pass the next player up should start their dribbling.
- The objective is to get as many goals as possible for their team.

- this is a 4V4 game where the team in possession is trying to dribble across the opposite side.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
- the objective is to dribble the ball across the line opposite of them
- The players should take their space with the space is given.

Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
- Each player will have a ball at their feet and begin dribbling around in the grid.
- The coach will yell out conditions such as: left foot only or right foot only.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
- The objective is to keep the ball at your feet while at the same time avoiding the other players.
- When the coach makes a change on which foot or what part of the foot the players are to use, the players must adjust quickly while never stopping their dribble.
- The challenge is that since the grid is so small, the players must make a lot of turns and moves.
