Objectives

Stand either side of a line. The play rock paper scissors, whoever wins has to sprint away from their opponent and cross their finish line first for a point. If losing players can catch their partner they win the point.

Start cone. Small gate 5 yards from start cone with Pinnie inbetween cones. Finish line 20 yards from start line.
Rules and Conditions
Races. Players to sprint to pinnie, pick it up, sprint back to ball and then dribble ball over the end line.

give the Gk starts and plays to team who try to play out from a goal kick. The aim for them is to give the ball to their neutrals who are in the wide boxes. If successful the neutral is to then play a ball into the team that was defending for a counter attack opportunity.
