- Field is set up with 2 playing area's and 4 mini goals facing back to back on the halfway line.
- One area has a 7 v 3 + 1 when live & the opposite area has 4 resting players that are waiting for transition.
GAME OBJECTIVE
- Play is started with the 7 players trying to combine for a set number of passes before trying to score in 1 of the mini goals. If they pass the ball out of bounds with a bad pass then on the 2nd giveaway they lose possession.
- If the 3 defensive players win the ball they must look to immediately transition to the opposite side where their teammates are waiting to start their possession.
- 3 players from the team that just lost the ball must REACT quickly collectively to transition across to the opposite area 7 defend/press.
- Neutral player always plays for the team in possession.
