* Reds score by passing into mini goal (11) or Red 8 dribbling or receiving over halfway line.
Coaching points: (Reds) - Force ball backwards
#3 - Shut Blue #7 down quickly as ball is travelling, showing him outside, towards the line.
#3 - Prevent Blue #7 from exiting bottom of shaded area.
#4 - Drop to cut pass line off to Blue #9.
#8 - Drop deeper than balls position to congest central area and encourage ball to Blue #8.
Mirror this function on the opposite side using right sided players.

Arrival activity 1v1
Organisation:
* In pairs with one cone each (rotate opponent every 2 mins).
* Player in possession tries to touch opponents cone with the ball.
* Allow players to make the rules and challenges for the game, e.g distance between cones, nutmeg equals a point, win game if you score within 10 seconds of gaining possession or anything else they want.
Coaching points:
Four S' -
* Shut down - Shut opponent down quickly.
* Slow down - Slow down as you get near (touching distance) to opponent.
* Sit down - Bend knees, side on (riding a skateboard). Arms out for balance.
* Show down - Show opponent where you want them to go using body position/shape.
Other considerations:
* If odd numbers play 1v1v1/3v2.
* Play 2v2
