Screen 1

Method: Pitch 1: 1-2, 2-3, 3-4, 4-1, 1-5. Fast pace running from 1-2 go around the 2nd cone over to 3 around the third cone over to the 4th around the fourth cone back to the 1st cone cone all the way top the 5th cone. rest for 1 minute 

Pitch 2: Spirit from 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8 rest for 1 minute 

Pitch 3: Figure 8

Pitch 4: Working in pairs, Player 1 and 2 dribble out with the ball to poles(40 yards from start), leave the pole at pole and sprint back. As soon as players 1 and 2 dribbling out stop the ball on the line, players 3 and 4 sprint out to bring the balls back and pass to player 1 and 2.

After 1 minute, the pairs switch roles.
