Organization:
25 yards form goal and 10 yards apart are the two mannequins / cones / flags. then ten yards from that down the middle is the last mannequin. with two starting stations another ten / fifteen yards and as well ten yards apart.
Instructions:
A player on each mannequin. drill starts with the ball been play from one of the starting stations. The player who plays the ball in then becomes the next man in the middle ready to receive from the opposite side. Players perform a variation of combination to go to goal.
Coaching Points:
Good movement off the first mannequin
Receive with furthest foot to open up
Type of pass and weight of pass
Timing of run to support front man
Progressions:
# 10 opens up dribbles ball towards defender and slips a ball between defenders
Wall pass between #10 & #9 before a slip pass between defenders
Pass Back to #8 or #6 who passes forward to #9 who sets back for #10 to do a reverse pass for either #7 or #11

same as before. we change mannequins for actual defenders.
also add #7 and # 11 on the game.
Instructions:
Yelow - defenders
Red #6, #8, #10 they always stay on the field
White and Blue # 7, #11, #9. Take turns going to goal.
Ball Starts at either side from #7 or #11. Ball Goes back to middfield where #9 and #10 react to the movement of the ball. as well as our other winger to create a passing opportunity.
We are looking to connect with #9 before we can score.

Instructions:
Look to get combination play in the midfield.
Full backs stay wide to aloud #7 and #11 stay in the middle to create the combination play.
Defenders win the ball they can score on small nets.

- 20 x 15 area
- 4 players on each area working as a group
- Player A passes the ball to player B, who opened up to receive the ball ( making sure is square to other two players ) then B passes the ball to player C. who dribbles back to starting line.
Progression will be to add a defender.
- Rotation is the same. But now player B has to check if defender stays in the middle so he can receive with farthest foot and go forward. if defender closes the space then he will pass back to player A who now can pass the ball to player C. Player C dribbles ball back
