3v2 - 1v1
The Reds work with their goalkeeper and the black Neutral player to build out from the back into their forward in the attacking zone at the top of the pitch.
To start the GK cannot play the ball into the red player in the top zone, only the two red players or the Neutral can play into the forward.
Once the ball enters the top zone the forward plays 1v1 vs the defender and looks to score in the central goal.
The blues are looking to win process and attack the reds goal as quickly as possible.
Rotate player positions
3x3mins
Progression 1:
If the game is too easy remove the neutral player and go 2v2 in the main area.
Also, once the red team get the ball into the forward in the 1v1 zone they can now support to create a 2v1 overload in the attacking area.
They must finish one touch.
Progression 2:
Make the top zone 2v1 in the defenders (blues) favor.
Reds still support upon entry into the attacking zone to create a 2v2 situation.
No restriction on finishing when in the 2v2 area.

6v6 plus GK's:
The red team are looking to connect 8 passes to score a goal for their team (lower this number based on the ability of your players).
They should be encouraged to move the ball positively up the field where possible using a variety of passes and combinations.
The Blue team look to win possession and score in either of the two large goals.
All restarts should begin from the goalkeepers - hands or off the floor to represent a goal kick.
3x3mins
Progression:
The reds can now score in two different ways.

Buildout Options
6 lines of two players behind the 6 cones. Players should be matched up in colors either diagonally from them or across from them.
2 balls are active per color of team, one from each side of the grid.
Players dribble out and attack any of the 3 central mannequins, they should perform a move to beat the mannequin once they get close to it. After this they have to avoid the other players in the central space which can be up to 6 players at one time before passing out to the same color as them on the opposite side of the grid.
The players then repeat this process a number of times.
2x3mins
Progression 1: After players pass into the next player in line, they should press that player to allow that player to work on taking their first touch out into the grid but away from the pressure. The pressers DO NOT look to win the ball, just apply appropriate presser to the new player.
Progression 2: Add a player for each color in the central area next to each mannequin. Players now look to check away to receive the ball from the teammate who starts with the ball before playing out to the player on the opposite side. Players can work off any mannequin in the central area and check anywhere to receive it. The player who passes the ball into the central player replaces the player in the middle and the central player goes out where he passes it. Rotations are continuous. One ball per team.
Progression 3: Two Players now work together for each team in the middle area. These players have to now combine with one another before playing out to the opposite side. One of the two players that played in the central area would stay in to work with the next player that comes into the middle. The player that passes the ball out should leave the game.
