Warm up will be a game of bulldogs, one defender in the center and the other players must dribble to the other side passed the defender, once tackled they will join the defender until only one player left.
The idea of the drill is to win the ball back by either winning the ball or pushing them out of touch.Then the next person will go. Once they’ve had a few goes, the players switch sides

Defending
The idea is to have the playing area compact, creating lots of tackling, their able to score now but if the defender scores that’s 2 goals
