Set Up - Create an playing field that is big enough for the number of players. Within that area, place target cones at the opposite side from the start. Lay out cones in the middle (mines). Place players in teams of 2-4 players
How to play - On the coach's command, one player from each team try to dribble their ball through the mine field (without hitting one), trying to get to the target cone. Once the player reaching the target, they are to perform some type of turn, and go back through the mine field towards their team. The next player can go as soon as the player before them gets back. The returning players are to sit down. The first team seated, wins! RULE: If they hit a mine while dribbling, they must start over!
Progression:
1) Have players dribble with specific parts of the foot (left, right, bottom); have players dribble backwards
