Organization:
3 groups in 3 lines with 1 ball per line. 3 poles on the floor for players to perform exercises
Load: 5 Sets of 2 min with 1 min rest WRR 2:1
Strategy:
Players will dribble to the pylon that is 12 yards from the start. They stop the ball on the line and run to the lines to perform various exercises. Once they finish, they are to pass the ball to the next player in line, and go to the end of the line to restart.
Progressions:
1) Dribble with alternate foot every time - Side to sides in between poles.
2) Toe Taps forward with both feet - Lateral steps in between poles (alternate)
3) Toe Taps forward with both feet - Skater Steps in between poles (alternate)
4) Sole role with alternate foot every time - Skater step plyo
5) Inside outside with both feet. - Broad Jump
