3x4 Mins 1 minute rest
Rules and Conditions
Play in 2 area's. Play 3v3+1N. Team scores a point when they can get the ball into the end zone or end line.
Coaching Points
First Defender to delay - Prevent early penetration
Second defender - Support
Compactness - Restrict space
Communicate to get covering help from team mates
Decisions - Which players need to be covered? Who can be left unattended?

Rules and Conditions
In groups of three players pass and move around the area. On coach's call, the player designated (number or pinnie color) becomes the defender.

Rules and Conditions
Players go through PEP routine including Motor Movement, Dynamic Stretching, Strength, plyometric and sprint (with changes of direction) phases. Focus on techniques and landing mechanics. Use resistance bands for strength development and Post Activation Potentiation.
