Breaking Lines. Players are split into three teams of equal numbers or as close to as possible. The two outside teams are looking to keep the ball and move it between teams. This can be done off as many or little passes as they wish is needed. When the ball is in play only one of the players can go and press from the middle. Each team will work in the middle for 2 minutes 2 times each. Area Length will be 20x12. 12 minutes
