Description
The Overall Concept of the session is tactical positioning and tactical decisions within the goal.
Session conducted with intensity of 75%, 90%, and match speed (in terms of services and movements)
What needs to be achieved:
- Tactical Movements and Positioning
- Positioning in relation to the ball and handling directly reflecting said positioning. (If the GK is in a good position handling should be fairly easy and the opposite if not)
- 2 Rings, flat discs
- 4 Mannequins
- 2 Mini nets and poles

Defending from various angles (15 mins)
GK's will work around the same concept but using different equipment from now on.
GK's will utilize poles and ropes with sand bag to ensure proper coverage of the Goal.

Crossing Activation (15 mins)
Ball starts from the GKC who will cross the ball into the 2nd 6yd box. If the GK collects the ball the GK will play back to the GKC and then will turn and face to collect a shot from the other GK.

Part A:
GK's will do Activation passes.
1&2 touch, Driven low ball, wedged long ball, etc.
Part B:
Off the hip parry and deflection saves
2 rounds, 15 each side
Part C:
GK will perform footwork in place in rings and then dive in the line of ball being played into adjacent gates
Part D:
GK will perform side save, then proceed through the poles to make second save.
Progression will be for GK to play ball out into mini-net.
