"separate colour for magic man"
2 teams of 4 (adjust as needed) are looking to work with a neutral player.
Teams take it in turns (2 minutes per turn) to be the pressing team or the passing team.
The pressing team look to prevent balls into a central box, whilst also preventing the passers making 3 or more passes.
The passers would gain a point for every successful set of 3 passes, and also for a successful ball played into a team-mate in the central box.
The pressers can win a point by winning the ball back and scoring in one of the 4 mini goals on the corners of the playing area.
If the passing team lose possesion with unforced errors or the pressing team press well, coach plays a new ball into the team.
After several goes each, which team can accrue the most points?

Rondo Warm Up (15 mins)
SESSION - Press the ball.
The more a team can get the ball forward and the more players a team can get forward, the better the chance of scoring. Plus, if they lose possession they can press the opposition high up the field and win it back as they have numbers up there. This session works on making good forward passes and getting support as the ball moves forward.
