DIMENSIONS:

The course is made up of six pairs of parallel cones, approximately 5-6 yards apart.

DESCRIPTION:

- Two players start at the same time from the first pair of cones, jog along the inside of the cones and do the various exercises on the way. After the last cone, they run back along the outside. On the way back, speed can be increased progressively as players warm up.

- Two teams play for 1 minute while the team outside does dynamic stretching.

- Rotation: Attacking team goes to defending team, defending team goes off, team that is off goes to attacking team.

INTENSITY: Moderate to hard

DESCRIPTION:

- Objective is to activate the players and prepare them for the topic

- Reds start with the ball, 4v4 trying to dribble or pass into the endzone (offside rules apply)

- Yellows counter to small goals
