Instructions
6v6 game where attackers look to pass the ball to the circle where the ball and one teammate must meet to score a point. Attackers can also continue to play 7 consecutive passes for one point. When defending team regains possession, they must counter on one of hte 4 mini nets. Switch roles of teams after set period of time.
Coaching Points
Attacking principles of play; dispersal, mobility, penetration
Improvisation - looking to create overloads via passing combinations or individual play to get the ball to target player
Defending team upon recovering the ball looks to disperse quickly, be aware of space, teammates, opponents, nets in relation to the ball to counter quickly
Speed of decision-making
Defending principles of play; compactness, delay, control & restraint
1st defender and secondary defender roles
Communication; gestural - verbal to connect with player in circlce
Progression
Defending team must score on a set-time limit.
Target player has a restriction on number of passes.
Switch 2 target goals for a large goal with a GK and open up the space.

Equipment
4 small goal, cones, soccer balls, 6 x yellow pinnies, 6 black pinnies
Instructions
6v6 game with one attacker as target player inside the circle. Attackers (black team) must pass to their target player who connects with a pass to another teammate to score a point. Attackers can also complete 7 consecutive passes to score a point. When the defending team regains possession (yellow), they must counter on one of the 4 mini goals to score. Set-up a time limit for teams in respective roles and then switch.
