Organisation
- 4 v 4 + 3 (4 reds, 4 blues + 3 common/neutral players.
- Area size - 40 L x 20 W.

How it works
- The three neutral players will assist the reds and blues in
creating and expoliting overloads.
- If the reds are in possession, theycan use the yellows to keep
possession of the ball.
- A point is scored by getting the ball from one side of the area to
the other using the yellow player in the middle of the area.

Key coaching points (reds)
- Playthrough, around or over.
- Play with width and depth, make the area as big as possible to
create space.
- Quality of pass.
- Speed of play.
- Movement off the ball.
- Recieving on the back foot while half turned.

Manage the team out of possession (blue)
- Protect the middle. Narrow up
- Force the direction of play with a press.
- Leave the furthest player from the ball

Challenges
- Can the central neutral player receive the ball from the outside? (split pass)
- Can the team out of possession win the ball and transition from inside to out?

Conditions
- Limited to two touches on the outside.
- Maximum of 6 to 10 seconds on the inside. (coaches discretion)

Targets
- Receive on the half turn and playforward as often as possible.
- Defend the centre of the of the area with the two players furthest from the ball and press with the two nearest players.
