Focus on individual defending techniques and principles
Organization: Each round starts with a player dribbling through gate and then taking a free (no defender) shot from behind half line, once contact is made with shot, the next player can dribble through gate and player who took shot now goes to defend, after defending the players goes off and attacker 2 now defends. This process is repeated . During each rep a player will attack and defend one time before going to back of line where he/she started.
No rebounds. 1 shot, once it is taking player must immediately transition to defend the new attacker.
CP:
1) Speed of Recovery (Quick change in mental attitude after shot)
2) Force away from goal
3) Sideways-Low, move feet
