topic: rondo to finish warm-up (10 minutes)

phase final third 

organization:

- teams preform dynamic stretching and movements

- butt kicks, high knees, opening/closing hips - both sides 

- forward then backward movement to sprint - turn the hips 

- 5v2 - defenders rotate

- split players up into 2 grids

- defenders must stay on their side

- if ball is passed to other side - defenders rotate 

- if defenders win the ball they score on target goal 

- ball goes out switch with nearest defender 

- possession lost player with last touch switches with defender

- conditioning rondo relay

- 16 players involved 

- first 2 players play 4v2 in the middle

- after winning ball they go to the left or right area depending on where they're lined up

- play 3v1 once they've won the ball they play a diagonal finish into the goal

- next line goes
