- Still restricted to zones.
- Attacking Center back who plays pass into midfield can join in to create 4v3 in midfield.
Coaching Points:
- Movement of forwards (individually and together).
- Creating space (looking to disconnect two center backs).
- Timing of runs to receive the ball.
- Patience of connecting the pass from midfielders.
- Selection of shot.
Progressions:
- Remove zone restrictions.

Instructions:
- Players restricted to their zone.
- Center backs (not involved in play) pass into midfield players.
- Midfielders must look to get ball into forwards going to goal 2v2.
- Defenders if they win can go to counter goals (defenders can advance forward into zones if they win the ball - forwards must stay behind creating 3v3).
