Cruyff Animation (5 mins)

Cruyff:

While dribbling forward, plant one foot next to the ball. The other foot swings as if taking a shot or a long pass but swinging in front of the ball. Then turn that foot inward and drag or tap the ball behind the standing leg, changing directions and exploding in a new direction.

Bees and the Honey pot (10 mins)

Bees and the Honey pot:

Coach calls out a number, and the player with that number from both sides 1v1 battles and tries to place their ball in one of the circles (honey pot). If the defender wins the ball, they must pass it to one of the two wide targets. First team to five points wins. 

Red/Blue team=1 point for each ball in a honey pot

Defenders=1 point for each ball in their targets

Aim is for teams to hit the corner player and receive through different side of box. Encourages third man support runs, triangle creation and movement off the ball. Play for points of a set time and rotate team in corners.
