1. 25 x 25 Yard Grid
2. Separate players into 2 teams.
3. 2 or 4 mini goals or 8 - 12 cones as goals (as shown above)
4. Each square should be about 8 yards by 8 yards.
5. Use cones to mark on the small squares which player will play in.
6. Coach has extra balls.
Instructions:
1. Players will try to score by staying in their grid and passing to teammates.
2. Keep possession of the ball and use the space you have in your grid to score goals.
3. If the ball goes out by yellow the Coach will re-start with a pass to the other team.
4. Play for (X) amount of time.

Instructions:
1. Teams will play together and try to score or dribble pass the gate.
2. Players will play 1v1 in their square to help the team score, but now they can join the attack.
3. If yellow passes to another yellow in another square, yellow can now join that square to attack the goal and play 2v1.
4. Only the player that passes the ball to another player in another square can join the attack.
5. If yellow loses possession or scores a goal then they must figure out where to recover (switch squares in transition).
6. Encourage players to switch squares until they can recover back to their original position.

Progression:
1. Limit touches
2. Any player can join the attack that does not pass to that square.

Instructions:
1.There should be 1 yellow and 1 purple in each square.
2. With the teams separated in the square yellows will pass to yellows and purple will pass to purple.
3. Players will pass the ball to their teammates , but they must stay in their square after the pass.
4. Yellow will try to pass to all yellows in each square before purple can pass to all purples.
5. Players can move inside their square to pass and receive the ball.
6. First team to pass to all players on their team wins.

Progression:
1. Limit touches to pass, 1 touch or 2 touch.
2. Receive with 1 foot pass with the other.
