Setup
6 x Attackers (Blue) v 3 x Defenders (Red). Wide Forward (Blue 7) can move inside the attacking zone and the Full Back (Blue 2) can move the length of the 20 yard line. Centre Back (Blue 4) and Centre Forward (Blue 9) can occupy positions on their designated lines. Centre Midfielder (Blue 8) and Pivot (Blue 6) can play inside both the attacking and defending zones or on the 20 yard line. Defenders (Red 3, 8 and 11) can move anywhere but in a realistic shape of a defensive unit.

Setup
6 x Attackers (Blue) v 3 x Defenders (Red). Full Back can play along their 20 yard line and also inside the area. Pivot (Blue 6), Centre Back (Blue 4), Wide Forward (Blue 7) and Centre Forward (Blue 9) can occupy positions on their designated lines. Centre Midfielder (Blue 8) can play inside the area. Defenders (Red 3, 8 and 11) can move anywhere but in a realistic shape of a defensive unit. Blue teams task is to maintain positions and possession of the ball with the emphasis on playing forwards from Centre Back (Blue 4) through the Full Back (Blue 2) to the Centre Forward (Blue 9).

3 yard channels on either side and 5 yard End Zone (Green). Full Backs (Blue 2 and 3) can play on the inside for underlapping runs. Wide Forward (Blue 7) maintain their position along the length of their designated 30x3 channel. Centre Back (Blue 5) and Centre Forward (Blue 9) can move along their designated lines and Centre Midfielders (Blue 8 and 10) play inside the area.
Defenders (Red 4, 5, 6, 8 and 10) can move anywhere but in a realistic shape of a defensive unit.

Blues are to maintain positions and possession of the ball with the emphasis on playing forwards from Centre Back (Blue 5) through the Full Backs (Blue 2 and 3) to the Centre Forward (Blue 9). Blue team attempt to release the Full Backs into the End Zones.

Setup
4 x Attackers (Blue 3, 5, 6 and 8) positioned on lines of the area as the Centre Back (Blue 5) starts with possession of the ball. Centre Back (Blue 5), Full Back (Blue 3), Pivot (Blue 6) and Centre Forward (Blue 10) can only move along their designated lines.
2 x Defenders (Red 9 and 10) can move anywhere inside the area and can also press the ball to prevent the Blue team playing from Centre Back (Blue 5) to Centre Forward (Blue 9).
