Description:
One ball between two with the ball on a cone. Player in yellow attempts to shield the ball from the player in white. White trys to touch the ball as many times in 10 seconds. Can Yellow surrive 10 seconds with little to no touches on the ball?
Progression: Now white can steal (making game continuous).
Coaching Points:
4 B's of shielding (Ball, body (attacker), Barrier, (defender) Body), keep body side ways on between the ball and defender, use are as barrier and guide to feel defenders movement. Turn away from pressure.

Description:
4 players have a ball each with 2 defenders. Defenders can go after any person. Defenders attempt to steal ball and kick ball out of square. If your ball is kicked out of the square you lose 1 life (Players have 5 lives to begin). Who can have the most lives left after 60 seconds. Swap defenders each game.
Progression: Even numbers 3 attackers vs. 3 defenders.
Progression2: 3v3 but on team as two ball and the other team has 1. Which team at the end of 90 seconds can have the most balls. Players can retain, pass or steal.

Description:
Player 1 passes to yellow. Once Yellow receives the ball red is allowed to steal but not until he receives the ball. Yellow will then attempt to turn the red player and get the ball to number 4. If succesful gains a point. If successful or unsuccessful 4 will now play the ball to red with Yellow defending. Who can get the most points in the time limit? 1 and 4 will swap with Yellow and Red after the time limit.
